This Cookie Policy explains how Rollyspin (operated by Comentive LTD at rollyspinwin.org) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website or use our mobile app. By continuing to use rollyspinwin.org, you acknowledge this policy and, where required by applicable law, you consent to our use of cookies as described below.
Rollyspin is a trading name of Comentive LTD, the licensed operator of rollyspinwin.org. We hold a Belize gaming licence (Registration No. 000047924). Any reference to "Rollyspin", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy means Comentive LTD. If you have questions about how we use cookies, you can contact us via live chat (available 24/7) or by email through the contact details provided on rollyspinwin.org.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device — computer, smartphone or tablet — when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on return visits, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site. Similar technologies, such as pixel tags, web beacons, local storage objects and device fingerprinting scripts, serve comparable purposes and are collectively referred to as "cookies" throughout this policy.
Cookies can be set either by rollyspinwin.org itself ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services we use, such as payment processors, game providers and analytics platforms ("third-party cookies"). They may also be classified by how long they remain on your device:
We use cookies to operate rollyspinwin.org safely and effectively, to deliver the experience described on our main page — including access to 7,500+ games, the cashier, live chat support, bonus tracking, and VIP account features — and to comply with our obligations under our Belize gaming licence. Our use of cookies falls into the categories below.
These cookies are essential for rollyspinwin.org to function. Without them, core services cannot be delivered. Because they are necessary to provide you with a service you have explicitly requested, they do not require your consent. They include cookies that:
Functional cookies allow us to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, personalised features. They are not strictly essential but significantly improve your experience. Disabling them may mean certain features do not work as expected. These cookies may be used to:
These cookies collect information about how visitors use rollyspinwin.org — which pages are visited most, how users navigate through the lobby, and whether error messages are encountered. The data is aggregated and anonymised; it does not identify you personally. We use this information to improve the platform. Examples of what these cookies may record include:
Analytics services we use may set their own cookies on your device. Where this is the case, those providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, and we take steps to ensure appropriate data-processing agreements are in place.
Marketing cookies are used to show you relevant promotional content — both on rollyspinwin.org and on third-party sites — based on your browsing activity. They may also be used to limit how often you see a particular advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. These cookies may:
Marketing cookies are only placed with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time using the cookie management options described in Section 7.
As a licensed operator, we have obligations to promote responsible gambling and to prevent underage play. Certain cookies are used specifically to support these obligations. They may:
These cookies operate in conjunction with, and in support of, our strictly necessary cookies and cannot be disabled without impairing our ability to meet our licensing obligations.
Third parties who provide services integrated into rollyspinwin.org may set their own cookies on your device. Rollyspin does not control these third-party cookies, and they are governed by the respective third party's own privacy and cookie policies. Third-party cookie activity on rollyspinwin.org may come from the following types of provider:
| Category of Third Party | Purpose | Cookie Type |
|---|---|---|
| Game providers (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw, Spribe and 20+ others) | Delivering game content within the lobby, including live casino tables and crash games | Strictly necessary / functional |
| Payment processors | Facilitating fiat currency deposits and withdrawals and Bitcoin transactions | Strictly necessary |
| Live chat provider | Enabling 24/7 live chat support | Strictly necessary / functional |
| Analytics platforms | Aggregated site performance and user-behaviour analysis | Performance / analytics |
| Affiliate and tracking networks | Attributing player registrations to affiliate partners | Marketing / targeting |
| Social media platforms | Retargeting and social sharing functionality | Marketing / targeting |
| KYC and identity-verification services | Supporting document verification for regulatory compliance | Strictly necessary / compliance |
We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of any third parties whose services you access through rollyspinwin.org.
Rollyspin supports 17 fiat currencies alongside Bitcoin. Functional cookies are used to remember your currency selection — whether you play in EUR, GBP, BRL, NOK or another supported currency — so that the cashier, bonus displays and withdrawal limit information are presented consistently in your chosen denomination throughout your session and on return visits. These currency preference cookies do not store any financial data and do not interact with payment processing systems.
You have several options for controlling cookies on rollyspinwin.org.
When you first visit rollyspinwin.org, a cookie consent banner will appear. You can use this to accept all cookies or to customise your preferences by category (functional, analytics, marketing). You may revisit and update your choices at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of rollyspinwin.org.
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can typically instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, to alert you when a cookie is set, or to delete cookies already stored on your device. The steps to do this vary by browser; consult your browser's help documentation for guidance. Please note that disabling cookies — particularly strictly necessary cookies — may prevent certain features of rollyspinwin.org from working correctly, including the ability to log in, access the cashier, or use live chat.
If you use the Rollyspin mobile app, your device operating system may offer controls for limiting ad tracking or resetting advertising identifiers. Refer to your device's privacy settings for details. Note that the core functionality of the app — including account management, deposits, withdrawals and game access — relies on certain necessary cookies and local storage that cannot be disabled without affecting the app's operation.
For third-party analytics, you may be able to opt out via the relevant provider's own opt-out mechanism (for example, browser add-ons made available by analytics companies). For interest-based advertising from third-party networks, you may use industry opt-out tools such as those provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance or European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance. These tools control advertising cookies but do not affect strictly necessary or functional cookies.
Different cookies remain on your device for different periods. The table below provides a general guide. Specific retention periods may vary depending on the individual cookie set by us or by a third party.
| Cookie Category | Typical Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary (session) | Duration of browser session — deleted when browser is closed |
| Strictly necessary (persistent) | Up to 12 months, or until account closure |
| Functional | Up to 12 months from last visit |
| Performance and analytics | Up to 24 months |
| Marketing and targeting | Up to 12 months, or until consent is withdrawn |
| Responsible gaming and compliance | Duration of any active restriction, or up to 5 years in line with regulatory record-keeping requirements |
Some cookies process personal data — for example, cookies that link your browsing activity to your Rollyspin account, or those used as part of our KYC verification process. Our Privacy Policy sets out in full the legal basis for processing, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise them. This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
